    Booking Policy

    At SVS Chapora Cruise, we strive to make the booking process simple and convenient for our guests.

    Advance Booking

    • Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak season and holidays.

    Payment

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
    • Incomplete or pending payments may result in the cancellation of the booking.

    Booking Confirmation

    • A booking confirmation will be sent to the guest via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp confirming the details of the booking, including:
      ✅ Cruise type and time
      ✅ Number of guests
      ✅ Payment details

    Online Payment Options

    We accept the following secure online payment methods:

    • Net Banking – All major Indian banks supported
    • Wallets – Paytm, Google Pay, and PhonePe
    • UPI – Unified Payments Interface (UPI) for instant transactions

    Offline Payment Options

    Guests can also make offline payments through:

      • Cash: Payments can be made in cash at our office or through our authorized agents.

    Payment Terms

    • Full payment must be received to confirm the booking.
    • If payment is not received within the specified time frame, the booking will be considered incomplete and may be cancelled.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    At SVS Chapora Cruise, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
    • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a fee of 30% of the total booking amount.
    • No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited.

    Refund Policy

    • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.
    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled departure will receive a refund of 70% of the booking amount.
    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

    Rescheduling and Amendments

    • Amendment Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for changes to your booking.
    • Amendment Fee: A fee of ₹400 will be applied for each amendment request.
    • Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.

    Weather and Operational Issues

    If the cruise is cancelled due to bad weather or operational issues, guests will have the option to:

    • Reschedule the trip to a new date (subject to availability).
    • Receive a full refund.

    Refund Processing Time

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
