What is the mandatory reporting time?
Please arrive at the Morjim boarding dock at least 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure for life jacket fitting and the safety briefing.
Is advance booking required?
Yes, slots for morning mangrove safaris and sunset cruises are strictly limited to avoid overcrowding. We recommend booking in advance via phone or online.
Are life jackets and safety gear provided?
Passenger safety is our highest priority. Certified life jackets and emergency rescue equipment are provided and mandatory for all guests.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If river conditions are unsafe due to heavy weather, trips may be rescheduled to another slot or refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
