General Terms

• Acceptance of Terms: By booking with SVS Chapora Cruise & Kayaking, you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned herein.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after advance payment of ₹1000 is received.
• Age Policy: Children below 5 years travel free. Children aged 5 to 10 years are charged ₹1000 per child.

Safety & Conduct

• Life Jackets: Wearing life jackets is mandatory for all passengers at all times on board.
• Captain’s Authority: All passengers must follow instructions of the captain and crew at all times.
• Prohibited Items: Consumption of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited on board.
• Weather Conditions: SVS Chapora Cruise & Kayaking reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour due to bad weather or unsafe water conditions.

Health & Medical Conditions

• Medical Disclosure: Passengers with serious heart conditions, back problems, or who are pregnant must inform us prior to booking.
• Participation Risk: Participation in water activities including kayaking and swimming is entirely at the passenger’s own risk.

Liability

• Personal Belongings: SVS Chapora Cruise & Kayaking is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
• Tour Duration: All tour durations are approximate and may vary due to weather, tidal, or operational conditions.

Photography & Drone

• Drone Shoot: Drone shoot photography is available at an additional charge of ₹2999.
• Complimentary Drone: Drone shoot photography is included free of charge in SkyView Kayaking Adventurer and Pro Paddle & Swim Introductory packages.
