Cancellation and Refund Policy
At SVS Chapora Cruise, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring a smooth experience for our guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Notice: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will incur a fee of 30% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled departure will receive a refund of 70% of the booking amount.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling and Amendments
- Amendment Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for changes to your booking.
- Amendment Fee: A fee of ₹400 will be applied for each amendment request.
- Subject to Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability and weather conditions.
Weather and Operational Issues
If the cruise is cancelled due to bad weather or operational issues, guests will have the option to:
- Reschedule the trip to a new date (subject to availability).
- Receive a full refund.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
